Exhibits from the Archives’ collections are now featured in display cubes at County Government Center, 70 W. Hedding Street. Located at the entrance to the East Wing of the Center, the two cubes currently show images of the County Almshouse, an institution that cared for the elderly poor until closed in the 1950s. The Almshouse was located at the current site of the Elmwood Correctional Facility.
