The Archives now has significant collections of nineteenth and early twentieth century County Clerk-Recorder property records available for research. These collections include Deeds for the years 1850-1922; Mortgages, 1850-1922; Trust Deeds, 1872-1922; and Crop and Chattel Mortgages, 1872-1922. These records document the history of the county and the lives of its residents from the beginning of statehood, and they allow researchers to trace property ownership over time.
